1. Supervisory Authority
MIMAX TRADING LTD is the owner of The Carnival Store and is a registered company in the Republic of Cyprus with Company Registration Number and VAT Number:1013430S
Please note that pricing on our website may change at any time and without notification. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.
All items sold through thecarnivalstore.com.cy include V.A.T as long as the destination address is within the Republic of Cyprus. The price of the items does not include the shipping costs which are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note that we currently only ship our products to Cyprus.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver alternative products, should the selected products become unavailable, unless you request us not to do so.
Although we will always try to fulfill your orders, orders of large quantities will only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 20 items which would use up the entire store’s stock, the store may only deliver a smaller amount of items.
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the products to you. Please note that some products cannot be dispatched as you need to be present to approve them before we can deliver them to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the products to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and a refund will be issued. The thecarnivalstore.com.cy delivery service is available to both commercial or domestic use. thecarnivalstore.com.cy reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or individuals.
To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.
During the process of ordering products there is an additional charge for delivery based on ordered products weight and delivery destination. This is shown clearly on the checkout process.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Return Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item then we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with any items, simply return them to our local store located in the address shown on the contact page of our website, in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund on those products or replace the item according to the following rules.
We work very hard and try everything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at thecarnivalstore.com.cy. If for some reason we have let you down or things didn’t go as planned, please let us know.
To make a return, take the following steps:
1. Login to our account at thecarnivalstore.com.cy.
2. Send us an email with your Order ID, your name and surname, address, phone number and email address and tell us why you would like to return the specific product(s).
Our qualified staff will attend to your request as soon as possible and will get back to you with instructions on how to return the desired products.
This will help assure the speedy processing of your return.
Please note that when returning an order for a refund, you will be responsible for the return postage unless an error occurred on our part. Once we have received the shipment, we will issue a refund to your method of payment.
Please note that any return may not be accepted due to different reasons like:
- if you destroy the original packaging
- if you have broken the item
- if you have destroyed the item by any means
7. Withdrawal and Cancellation
During your order procedure and prior to your payment through PAYPAL, you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Remove button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.
You can cancel or change any of your current orders before delivery dispatch, Monday to Friday. You can do this by calling our Customer Service department on +357 25338931. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.
You can pay via Paypal or Cash on Delivery. Your information will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus and the laws regulating matters of electronic commerce. Any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Order Procedure
thecarnivalstore.com.cy has made it easy for you to shop from the convenience of your home or office. Just place your order for any item from our Online Shop and we will deliver it to your door. Just follow the following simple steps and before you know it your purchase will arrive just outside your door, depending on the shipping method that you choose.
a. Choose from our Main Menu the Product Category from which you would like to purchase items, and then just click on the Add to Shopping Cart button next to the item you want to purchase. Your chosen item will be placed in your Cart.
b. Then you can continue with your shopping or choose a delivery option, accept the Terms and Conditions and click the “Send Order” button. The login page will then open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise you can register at this point. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds.
c. Before you complete your order you will be able to go to your Account and make any changes you like to your personal information. You will also be able to change your order’s content, like delete one or more products from your shopping cart, add more products or increase or decrease the quantity of the selected products as explained in the “Withdrawal and Cancellation” Section.
d. During the checkout process, you will be able to specify an alternative Shipping Address or simply select the one you have specified when opening your account.
e. You can now perform a final review of your order and click the “Checkout with PAYPAL” button. You will be immediately redirected to the secure page of PAYPAL and after your successful payment the system will redirect you to our website. You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment. After that, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive. However, you have the option to login to your account at any time and either see the status of your order, send us a message to ask us or see any messages that we send to you regarding your order.
Our system will save your order in your Customer Account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.
